Floating Records announces the long-anticipated release of Folly’s debut album “Gwendolyn’s Travels”.  Members of the acclaimed Marin County jam band Jelly team up with a bona fide stew of Northern California talent to record and produce this highly original and extremely fun album!

The album tells the tale of a young woman in a rough place.  Traveling the country in search only of escape, Gwen relies on many characters along her journey, fleetingly joining the story of their lives, and slipping deeper into herself. 

Loaded with expressive grooves, raw ballads, gritty rock & roll, and sweet harmonies, “Gwendolyn’s Travels” winds dreamily through story-laden American back-road towns, melts into the ether, and drives right on home to the green hills of Northern California!

“Gwendolyn's Travels” was produced by Folly and Buddy Saleman, and mastered by the legendary Jeffrey Norman (Grateful Dead’s “Dick’s Picks” series).  Folly will begin playing shows this spring in support of Gwendolyn's Travels.
